Service provider

openwiki is operated by WEVRIC LIMITED, a Hong Kong company. These terms apply to the hosted openwiki service, website, documentation, and related account features.

Service description

openwiki provides online software for hosted documents, knowledge sharing, and human review flows for AI-agent plans. Customers can use hosted links, documentation, and related tools to create, edit, review, and manage Markdown content.

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for the email address, passwords, API tokens, and other credentials used with your account.
  • You must keep account information accurate and notify us if you believe your account or tokens have been compromised.
  • We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, security attacks, or illegal activity.

Acceptable use

You may not use openwiki to host or distribute illegal content, malware, spam, phishing, deceptive content, or material that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.

Customer content

You retain ownership of the documents, plans, and other content you submit. You grant WEVRIC LIMITED the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and secure that content for the purpose of operating openwiki.

Billing

OpenWiki is currently offered as a Hosted subscription. Subscription prices are shown on the website or in the product at the time of purchase. Fees, taxes, billing cycles, and payment methods may be handled by our payment processor.

Cancellation, failed payments, and hosted content

If you cancel a Hosted subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and Hosted access continues until then. If a renewal payment fails, Hosted access continues while our payment processor is actively retrying collection. If the subscription ultimately becomes unpaid or canceled, Hosted write operations—including creating or modifying content and submitting reviews—are suspended.

For 30 days after suspension, existing share links remain read-only, and the account owner may read and export Hosted content through the website or API; existing API tokens are limited to permitted read operations. Restoring the subscription during this period restores the original links, content, and API tokens. After 30 days, Hosted content, history, and document share tokens are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Billing records and necessary security or audit records are retained to the extent required by law. Local source files that were never uploaded are not affected.

Changes and availability

We may update the website, product, plans, and documentation over time. We work to keep the hosted service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
