Hosted subscriptions
Hosted openwiki plans are software subscriptions. You can cancel a hosted subscription to stop future renewal charges. Unless stated otherwise in the product or checkout flow, access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error or need help with a recent payment, contact support@openwiki.md. Refunds are reviewed case by case and may depend on the payment processor, billing period, account status, and applicable law.
Hosted access
Publishing, editing, review creation, and CLI/API tokens require an active Hosted subscription. Readers and reviewers do not incur a subscription charge merely by opening or using a permitted document link.
How to contact us
- Email support@openwiki.md from the email address associated with your account.
- Include the invoice, receipt, payment date, and a short explanation of the issue.
- Do not include full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials in email.
